The production company A Factory told 'Dispatch' on the 9th, "We signed a contract with writer Moon Ji-won to write "Extraordinary Attorney Woo - Season 2" last year", adding, "We had already agreed to work together on the next work before broadcast".

However, it is still too early to discuss writing a script. Writer Moon is about to debut as a film director. She will screenplay and direct the film "Deaf Voice" and crank it in this 2024.

The production company predicted, "Since writer Moon Ji-won is busy preparing for the movie, it is not possible to write a script right away", adding, "We will be able to finish the movie early next year and prepare in earnest".

Regarding the production period of "Extraordinary Attorney Woo - Season 2", she said, "There is no set stage under internal development", adding, "It has not been decided whether the main actors such as Park Eun-bin and Kang Tae-oh will appear".

"Extraordinary Attorney Woo" is the story of Woo Young-woo, a genius lawyer with an autism spectrum. Park Eun-bin presented healing court scenes and it was aired in summer last year.

At the time of the broadcast, the first episode started with a 0.9% viewer rating. With popularity through word of mouth, the final episode rose to 17.5%. Park Eun-bin also won the grand prize in the TV category at the Baeksang Arts Awards last year.
