As many other celebrities have done, Jung Woo-sung's video consists of him writing on a t-shirt that says if there's no vote there is no. Jung Woo-sung chose 'citizen's strength' as the final word. Jung Woo-sung said that he thinks voting is the best way to preserve social justice and encouraged people to vote so as to show that power.
Jung Woo-sung went on to ask people what kind of country they wanted to live in, where children and old people alike could live happily in health and safety. As other celebrities in the campaign have, Jung Woo-sung then encouraged people to carefully select their chosen representative so as to make that desired world a reality.
