[HanCinema's News] Seo Jung-yeon Confirmed for "Trolley" and "The Interest of Love"

A recent press release has confirmed the next two projects of actress Seo Jung-yeon, who has recently come into prominence for her role in "Reborn Rich" as the mother of the lead character played by Song Joong-ki. In "Trolley" she will play Hyeon Yeo-jin, a close friend of the political power couple played by Kim Hyun-joo and Park Hee-soon. The mystery melodrama will begin airing on SBS this coming December 19th.

Seo Jung-yeon is also now officially confirmed for "The Interest of Love" although her name had previously been connected to the project. She is now confirmed to be playing the role of Han Jeong-im, the mother of the character played by Yoo Yeon-seok. That drama will begin airing on JTBC on December 21st. This role will be the sixth television drama part Seo Jung-yeon has had so far this year- a very busy one for the actress, though she had eight roles in 2021.
The other three roles were in "Forecasting Love and Weather" and "Green Mothers' Club" on JTBC, and "Shadow Detective" on Disney+. Seo Jung-yeon is also expected to be a big presence in South Korean dramas next year. She already has her first confirmed role in "Payback" as the mother of the character played by Kang You-seok.
