The South Korean box office remains dominated by foreign films. The latest Spider-Man film has over 6 million cumulative admissions at the South Korean box office, and was the previous leader. Other foreign films are putting in numbers comparable to those that "Special Delivery" has posted. "Special Delivery" comes from writer/director Park Dae-min, who had previously made "Private Eye" in 2009 and "Seondal: The Man Who Sells the River" in 2015.
