Jang Hyuk, "The army changed me"

Actor Jang Hyuk loves the army.

In an interview with SBS "E! News" recently, Jang Hyuk spoke about the positive effect the army has had on him. He said, "I entered the army in 2004 after an unfortunate event. I feel like I found Jeong Yong-joon again there".

Jang Hyuk rose to fame in his early 20s. He served in the military in his 30s.

Jang Hyuk said, "Every day in the army was a footstep for me. I felt like I was getting more mature every day. I got married 2 years later and became the breadwinner of a family. I feel more desperate and passionate about my life and work now".

He also showed his attachment to the TV show "Real Guy". He said, "I don't think of it as a show. I feel like I really see myself there. One week at camp makes the other 3 weeks pleasurable. This show trains me every once a month".

Meanwhile, Jang Hyuk came back with the movie "The Flu" which broke through 2.7 million audiences nationwide.
