Joo Won and UEE in upcoming drama "Ojak Brothers"

Actor Joo Won has the role of Hwang Tae-hee in the new weekend drama KBS 2TV "Ojak Brothers".

He is the third son of the Ojak farm and a bad tempered and cynical cop Hwang Tae-hee.

Joo Won said, "I can't say there is no pressure in playing the lead role of a weekend drama but I really liked the Hwang Tae-hee character and the script was fun. I felt the characters were all alive".

He added, "It is a totally different character from the previous Goo Ma-joon so I thought a lot and analyzed this new character a lot".

About working with UEE who was the center of attention since she was cast for the role and known as the rising star, he said, "Even though it is the first time working together, we fill in each others gaps and consider each other a lot. I hope this can continue".

Meanwhile, "Ojak Brothers" is a drama about passionate mom Park Bok-ja who lives on a Ojak farm and father Hwang Chang-sik and their four sons.
