Jung Ji-so of "Parasite" Joins Drama "The Cursed"

Actress Jung Ji-so is starring in the new tvN drama "The Cursed", written by director Yeon Sang-ho.

"The Cursed" is about a teenage girl who has the ability to bring death by using Chinese characters, names, photos, and belongings, and a just social issues reporter, fighting against the massive evil hidden behind an IT conglomerate. Jung Ji-so plays Baek So-jin, a teenage girl who has the ability to curse. She teams up with social issues reporter Im Jin-hee (Uhm Ji-won) to fight Jin Jong-hyeon (Sung Dong-il), a monster wearing a human mask.

"The Cursed" is written by Yeon Sang-ho, who is responsible for the multi-million-grossing film "Train to Busan", and stars the cast of Uhm Ji-won, Sung Dong-il and Jo Min-soo.

Jung Ji-so starred in the film "Parasite" as a teenager who falls in love with her tutor, the character portrayed by Choi Wooshik. She stood out amongst even the senior actors and stole the show with her bold performance and her charming visuals.

"The Curse" comes out in February, 2020.
