Kim Sejeong Aims for Three Hits in a Row With "Today's Webtoon"

"Today's Webtoon", starring Kim Sejeong, is scheduled to be broadcast through SBS' as a Friday-Saturday drama. Following the sequel to "Again My Life", "Why Oh Soo-jae?", Kim Sejeong will meet viewers on July 29th.

"Today's Webtoon" is a drama about a former judo player, On Ma-eum who gives up her lifelong sport due to injury and struggles to grow into a true webtoon editor after getting a job in the webtoon editing department. Choi Daniel plays the role of Seok Ji-hyeong, the editor-in-chief of the webtoon editing department, and Nam Yoon-su plays Goo Joon-yeong, a new employee of IQ 150. It is based on a Japanese drama and directed by Jo Soo-won.

Kim Sejeong is aiming for three consecutive hits following "The Uncanny Counter" (2020-2021) and "Business Proposal" (2022). She is expected to challenge her new dream with a comforting cartoon when she was a judo player and represent her youth in 2030. The production team said, "We recently started filming after finishing script practice", adding, "We will convey a message of support to the workers and increase empathy".
