Synopsis
In the second semester, Chang-woo, a third-year vocational high school student, begins field training at a small and medium-sized company, dreaming of solving both college and military service at the same time through employment. However, every day is difficult due to unorganized systems, workplaces where safety is not guaranteed, constant criticism and comparison competition regarding slow and inexperienced work processing, and establishing relationships with adult employees. Nevertheless, they gradually feel the joy that comes from the work itself, receive a small amount of financial compensation that can be used to add to the family, and become trained from students to workers, and from teenagers to adults. Then one day, he discovers that a serious problem with safety accidents is revealed and that only one of the trainees is hired...
