With a thumping beat in the background, the first teaser trailer for "A Blue Mouthed Face" takes us through the difficult beats of the protagonists life from her elderly mother to her wheel-chair bound brother, difficult work life, and loneliness. The cuts of the trailer follow each beat and image from her life, painting a stark picture indeed. The posters are equally as grim, red and blue, raw and unyielding.

Synopsis
