Synopsis
1. "Helper" (도우미, do-u-mi)
Future Korea, where the National Pension Service has bottomed out and health insurance has gone bankrupt, where hospital and price of medicine skyrocketed, the government is implementing a doctor-assisted suicide policy to control the elderly population as opposed to the birth control policy of the 1970s. After giving up on pediatrics that he wanted to be his means to earn money for his father's dementia and for his caregiver, he instead became a 'helper' and assisted his first 'help. To Myeong-jin who is confused over his guilt and values as a doctor, the next guest appears.

2. "Portrait of the Deceased" (영정, yeong-jeong)
Seong-joo (male, 45), who runs a photo studio, hangs himself from guilt over the death of his family, but survives without dying. How will the life of the Seong-joo change after suicide?

3. "Photo" (사진, sa-jin)
Jin-cheol, who used to run a photo studio, is about to leave after handing over the photo studio he had to his father one day due to a time limit.
