"Jugglers" is a romantic drama about a woman gifted with the ability to tackle any situation and a man who shut himself away from outside attention and relationships with people.

In the first episode we learn that Ja-yoon was in a relationship with curator Lee Kyeong-joon (Sung Hoon), but she was dumped for being at the constant beck-and-call of her boss, Mr. Bong (Choi Dae-cheol), and his wife. She was so dedicated to her job that she created an alibi for her boss when he cheated on his wife.

Although she was great at her job and could balance her boss's personal life, Ja-yoon was unable to deal with her own. Even with her friends of the same profession, Ja-yoon supported them as they complained about work, but enver aired her own feelings.

Baek Jin-hee made Ja-yoon a winning character, one who is pristine in the world, and let's herself go at home. The quirks that make Ja-yoon funny, also made her loveable, such as going to work with her hair wet.

Her co-star is Choi Daniel who plays Nam Chi-won, her boss with who she is always bickers and who can't seem to let people in.
