On the fourth episode of the MBC drama "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo", Kim Bok-joo (Lee Sung-kyung), Jeong Joon-hyeong (Nam Joo-hyuk), Jeong Jay (Lee Jae-yoon) and Song Si-ho (Kyung Soo-jin) officially formed a four-way relationship.

Kim Bok-joo registered at the obese clinic to see Jeong Jay. She couldn't help but be shy when he was nice to her. She wanted to seem feminine to him so she even lied that she played the cello and not weightlifting. Jeong Joon-hyeong didn't know this and followed her around to make fun of her. Kim Bok-joo even advised him on a story about 'his friend's crush'.

Song Si-ho was mad that her ex-boyfriend Jeong Joon-hyeong was 'getting along' with Kim Bok-joo. She told Kim Bok-joo, "Did you know we used to date? I guess we're meant to be".

Song Si-ho asked Jeong Joon-hyeong to be her boyfriend again but he remembered that he'd been dumped by her on the day he'd been disqualified from the swimming competition and wanted to die. He rejected her by saying, "You don't know the slightest thing about decency".

Kim Bok-joo was stuck between Jeong Jay and Jeong Joon-hyeong, who are brothers. Jeong Joon-hyeong saw an umbrella in his brother's car but didn't know it was Bok-joo's. Jeong Jay told him a student from the music department left it and Jeong Joon-hyeong never guessed it was Bok-joo.
